The Gender Affirming Care Clinic (GACC)
The Gender Affirming Care Clinic (GACC) provides outpatient behavioral health services to transgender and gender diverse (TGD) children, youth, and adults in Santa Clara County. The GACC strives to support folks with gender exploration and congruence, as well as cultivating gender joy.
GACC services are for TGD folks who are 5 and older and who have Medi-Cal or are uninsured. We know that there are many TGD folks who have different insurances and would like to access our services. GACC offers drop-in space to TGD folks of any age and any insurance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3-5pm. Folks can come in and ask questions or hang out and play games.
Providers supporting TGD clients are also welcome to come in to drop-in as well. Providers can also sign up for our monthly gender affirming care clinical consult group. (Link to consult group info on LGBTQ Training tab)
