We are here to help
The Children, Youth, and Family (CYF) System of Care supports the behavioral health needs of children, youth, young adults, and their families who are experiencing social-emotional and behavioral concerns. Services are delivered in a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed manner and in various settings dependent on the needs of the youth and families.
Referral process
To access services, please start by calling the Behavioral Health Services Call Center
For quality assurance, these calls will be recorded. If you prefer not to be recorded, please let the representative know when your call is answered.
BHSD Services
Services are available through BHSD operated clinics or County contracted providers throughout Santa Clara County.
