We are here to help
The Children, Youth, and Family (CYF) System of Care supports the behavioral health needs of children, youth, young adults, and their families who are experiencing social-emotional and behavioral concerns. Services are delivered in a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed manner and in various settings dependent on the needs of the youth and families.

To access services, please start by calling the Behavioral Health Services Call Center

Services may be delivered at a clinic, community, and/or home-based setting through County contracted providers throughout Santa Clara County.
