Central Wellness and Benefits Center (CWBC)
Program description
The Central Wellness and Benefits Center (CWBC) is a Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) funded program in the County of Santa Clara that provides ongoing medication services. Clients are referred to our Center in order to receive behavioral health services. The Center provides basic behavioral health, crisis intervention, and benefit enrollment services to all clients.
Goal
The goal of the Central Wellness and Benefits Center is to assist clients in accessing health benefits while managing their medication needs. If qualified for coverage, CWBC links clients to more extensive behavioral health outpatient services within the County of Santa Clara.
